You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. At the time of the closure request, any eligible balance in the account will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• The minimum deposit to qualify for the bonus is ৳200.
• A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus (deposit + bonus amount) must be met before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at jy9:

• The benefits of one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• jy9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jy9 reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus.

Regular active members may participate in jy9's VIP program. The VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

• A problem occurs due to a software error from a third-party game provider.
• A member suffers personal, financial, or psychological harm as a result of participating in gaming.

In any circumstance, jy9's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction involved.

10.1 Right to Amend

jy9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Service Termination

jy9 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any member's account without prior notice for any reason, particularly if:

• The member violates these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
• The account was opened with false or incomplete information.
• It becomes impossible to provide service due to legal or regulatory reasons.
